Pacific Pet Waste – Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
Pacific Pet Waste (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides pet waste removal, light pressure washing, and basic pest control services to residential and commercial clients across Hawaii. By scheduling or receiving our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
A.🐾 Pet Waste Removal Services
1a. Scope of Services
Pacific Pet Waste (“Provider”) offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services including:
Manual removal of dog waste from lawns, gravel, and other accessible areas
Trash disposal of collected pet waste
Optional deodorizing spray (if included in selected plan)
The service does not include:
Removal of animal waste inside buildings or kennels
Disposal of pet waste stored in bags or containers left by clients
Removal of animal waste from inaccessible or hazardous areas

2a. Service Area Access
Clients must ensure:
Unrestricted access to the property on the scheduled day (e.g., unlocked gates, accessible yards)
Pets are secured indoors or restrained in an area away from the technician
Lawn areas are cleared of excessive debris, toys, or hazards
If the technician cannot access the service area, a missed service fee may apply and the visit may be rescheduled.

3a. Service Schedule
Services are scheduled based on your service area and local trash pickup days.
Clients will receive a regular service day, with changes only for holidays or severe weather (advance notice will be provided).
In the event of holiday service disruption, clients will be serviced within 1–2 business days.

4a. Waste Volume Limitations
Pricing includes typical daily/weekly pet waste accumulation for up to [4] dogs. Additional charges may apply for:
Excessive accumulation due to skipped services
Yards with more than [4] dogs
Initial cleanups requiring extra labor
Clients will be notified of extra charges before they are billed.

5a. Health & Safety
Our team wears proper protective gear and uses sanitizing solutions and tools to maintain safety and hygiene.
We will not service areas containing:
Hazardous materials (e.g., sharp objects, chemicals, broken glass)
Aggressive or loose pets
Inaccessible waste due to tall grass, mud, or standing water

6a. Lawn Conditions
Clients must maintain reasonable lawn conditions. Excessive grass, leaves, or overgrowth may prevent complete waste removal.
Provider is not liable for missed waste due to poor yard visibility or untrimmed vegetation.

7a. Inclement Weather
Light rain does not typically affect services; however, heavy rain, flooding, or severe conditions may require rescheduling.
If a service must be skipped, the Provider will notify the client and reschedule or credit the missed visit.

8a. Client Notification & Communication
Clients will receive confirmation of service completion via text, email, or app (if applicable).
Any concerns about service must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

9a. Pet Waste Disposal
All collected waste will be bagged and disposed of in the client’s outdoor trash bin unless alternate arrangements are made.
If no accessible bin is available, the waste will be removed from the property, subject to a transport/disposal fee.

10a. Service Holds and Cancellations
Clients may place their service on hold with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Services canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a $25 fee.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of service.

11a. Sanitation Spray & Add-Ons
Deodorizing spray is included in select plans or may be added for a fee.
Spray is pet-safe and biodegradable but may not fully eliminate odor from heavily saturated or older waste spots.

B.💧 Light Pressure Washing Services
1b. Scope of Service
Pacific Pet Waste (“Provider”) offers light pressure washing services for outdoor, non-structural surfaces, including but not limited to:
Driveways and sidewalks
Patios and lanais
Entryways
Pet waste areas
Trash bin areas
We do not offer pressure washing on:
Roofs
Fencing or decks made from untreated wood
Painted surfaces susceptible to damage
Delicate or high-elevation exterior areas

2b. Preparation and Client Responsibilities
To ensure safety and service quality, clients agree to:
Remove all vehicles, furniture, plants, and fragile items from the work area.
Secure pets and restrict access to the work area during and immediately after service.
Notify the Provider of delicate surfaces, cracks, or areas of concern before service begins.
Ensure there is sufficient water supply and access to outdoor water hookups.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in service delays or a rescheduling/trip fee.

3b. Limitations of Pressure Washing
While light pressure washing helps with surface dirt and stains, it may not remove:
Deep oil or rust stains
Mold/mildew embedded in porous surfaces
Paint or graffiti
Heavy mineral buildup or efflorescence
Results may vary based on surface material, condition, and environmental factors. No guarantee is made for complete stain removal.

4b. Environmental Considerations
We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning agents whenever applicable. Clients must inform us of:
Nearby storm drains, water-sensitive landscaping, or fishponds
Municipal restrictions regarding runoff or chemical use
We will take all reasonable measures to comply with environmental safety protocols.

5b. Liability and Damage Disclaimer
Provider is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear on treated surfaces.
Light pressure washing may cause further deterioration of cracked or brittle surfaces, for which the Provider is not liable.
The Provider is not responsible for water infiltration into improperly sealed structures, doors, or windows.

6b. Weather and Rescheduling
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, wind, or unsafe conditions.
Clients will be notified in advance and offered the next available rescheduling slot.

7b. Cancellations and Access
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $25 trip fee.
If access to the site is not available upon arrival, the service may be canceled or rescheduled, and a fee may be charged.

8b. Post-Service Care
Clients are advised to:
Allow surfaces to dry for 24–48 hours, depending on weather.
Keep pets and people off freshly washed areas to avoid slipping or re-soiling.
Report any concerns or dissatisfaction within 48 hours of service completion.
C. 🐜 Pest Control Services
1c. Scope of Pest Control Services
Pacific Pet Waste (“Provider”) offers light, exterior-only pest control services targeting common yard pests, including but not limited to:
Ants
Roaches
Fleas & ticks
Mosquitoes
Spiders
Wasps and hornets (excluding structural nests)
Interior pest control services are not included. Services are limited to accessible outdoor areas of the property.

2c. Treatment Schedule and Frequency
Pest control services will be provided on a recurring or as-needed basis, as agreed upon with the client.
Treatment schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions or product safety protocols.
Clients will be notified of scheduled treatment windows at least 24 hours in advance.

3c. Chemical Use and Safety
All pesticides used are EPA-registered and applied in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Clients are responsible for keeping pets, children, and other individuals away from treated areas for a minimum of 2 hours, or as specified on the product label.
Clients must notify Pacific Pet Waste of any known allergies, health sensitivities, or specific concerns prior to treatment.

4c. Access to Property
The client must ensure the Provider has unobstructed access to all agreed-upon treatment areas at the scheduled time.
If access is blocked, Provider reserves the right to reschedule or charge a trip fee.

5c. Re-Treatments and Guarantees
While we strive for effective results, pest control treatments may require follow-up applications depending on pest type and infestation severity.
Re-treatments within [14 days] of initial treatment may be provided at no additional cost at the Provider’s discretion.

6c.Limitations of Liability
Provider is not liable for pest issues that occur due to client negligence, such as:
Leaving food or waste exposed
Improper yard maintenance
Refusal to follow post-treatment instructions
Provider is not responsible for damage caused by structural infestations, such as termites or pests residing inside walls or foundations.
Provider assumes no responsibility for adverse effects resulting from failure to comply with product safety guidelines.

7c.Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a pest control appointment.
Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in a $25 trip fee.

Scheduling
Service days are scheduled based on your geographic area and may align with your local trash pickup days for convenience. We will notify you of your assigned service day upon sign-up or route adjustments. In the event of holidays or severe weather, services may be rescheduled with notice.
Payments and Billing
Recurring clients are billed on the 1st of each month for that month’s services.
Accepted payment methods are credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers only.
Payments are processed securely through our billing platform.
We do not accept cash, checks, or alternative digital wallets (e.g. PayPal, Venmo).
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension and/or a late fee.
One-time services must be paid in full before or at the time of service.
Access and Safety
Property access must be provided on the service day, including unlocking gates and securing pets. Hazards such as aggressive animals, blocked areas, or unsafe surfaces may prevent service. We reserve the right to postpone or refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages to surfaces, landscaping, or personal property due to existing wear or unnoticed issues. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any sensitive areas or surfaces.
Environmental and Health Practices
All services are performed with consideration for health and environmental safety. We use biodegradable cleaning solutions and pet-safe pest control products where applicable.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate service with written notice. Repeated non-payment, safety concerns, or breach of agreement may result in immediate termination.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any changes.
